Gurneet Pannu, LPCC (she/her)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor #13963
CLINICAL APPROACH
I practice a strengths-based and collaborative approach to build upon your strengths and empower you to make changes to promote your wellness and growth. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused therapy.
I currently work with teens, young adults, parents, and families. I especially enjoy supporting neurodivergent individuals and treating anxiety & depression. I am passionate about working with clients of diverse cultural backgrounds, with a particular focus in the South Asian community.
ABOUT ME
I deeply value nourishing my mind, body, and soul with healthy energy. My current favorite self-care practice is going on a mindful walk. It helps me get my steps while letting me connect with nature and practice being present. Exploring new places through traveling or a scenic drive also connects me with nature. I geek out on health & wellness podcasts, especially when I’m on a road trip.
Nature and mindfulness have been driving forces in my wellness, and I strive to empower my clients to find their own versions of healing on their path to continued wellness.
