CLINICAL APPROACH

As a therapist, my fundamental belief is that every individual deserves to be heard, understood, and validated. I have a passion for creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their inner strengths and make meaningful changes in their lives. My therapeutic approach is an integration of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness practices.

I enjoy my work with teens, young adults, parents and families and I have a special interest for helping people navigate body image challenges. I Believe in the transformative power of being truly heard and understood, and I bring warmth, empathy, and an authentic approach to every therapeutic interaction.

ABOUT ME

My work is guided by a profound belief in the power of nonjudgmental validation and understanding. I appreciate your courage and initiative in seeking support, and I am here to provide you with place where you can be your authentic self, free from judgement.

My commitment extends to creating a therapeutic environment that mirrors the grounding and mindfulness I personally find in the ocean. Just as the ocean’s calming presence allows me to connect with the present moment, I aspire to foster a space where you can explore your journey toward wellbeing and self-discovery with a sense of serenity and acceptance.
